Dear St. Teresa of Calcutta School Families,

We are excited to welcome you to a new school year and invite you to our STOC Family Welcome Night on Wednesday, August 26, from 4:00–6:00 PM!

This special event is designed to do more than introduce you to your child’s teacher—it is an opportunity to build connections, meet new families, reconnect with old friends, and celebrate the beginning of another wonderful school year together. At St. Teresa of Calcutta School, we are proud to be one school family, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back.

Evening Schedule

4:00–5:00 PM | Family Welcome Social (School Gym)

• Meet your child’s teacher.
• Connect with classmates and their families.
• Get to know new members of our school community.
• Enjoy refreshments and conversation as we kick off the school year together.

The gym will be organized by classroom, making it easy to find your child’s teacher while giving families the opportunity to socialize and begin building relationships before the first day of school.

5:00–6:00 PM | Classroom Visit
At 5:00 PM, families will be invited to head to their child’s classroom where you can:

• Drop off school supplies.
• Explore the classroom.
• Help your child become familiar with their new learning environment.
• Ask any final questions before the first day of school.

We hope this evening helps our students and families feel excited, connected, and ready for a successful year ahead. We look forward to seeing everyone as we begin another year of faith, learning, and friendship together.
